| Summary | Keep a second sheet open, read-only, while you write. |
Quickview opens a second Workspace sheet in its own pane, next to the sheet you’re writing. Use it to keep your outline in view while you draft a chapter, or to reread the previous scene without losing your place.
Quickview is read-only. To change that sheet, open it in the editor.
Open a sheet in Quickview
Section titled “Open a sheet in Quickview”Use either of these:
- From the File Browser: right-click a sheet → Add to Quickview.
- From the top bar: click Quickview (the columns icon). Cicero reopens the last sheet you had in Quickview. If there isn’t one, type part of a sheet’s name in the Search sheets… box → choose it.
The Quickview pane opens below the editor.
